Tasting Notes
Appearance: Clean and crystalline. Pale pink in color with medium intensity and rose gold highlights.
Nose: Medium-high intensity, dominated by fruity aromas of pomegranate, cherry, fresh strawberry, and apricot. Accompanied by caramelized notes of red and black fruits, characteristic of the Mantonegro variety.
Palate: Dry and pleasant on entry. Broad and smooth mouthfeel, with fruit present throughout the tasting. Good acidity and long finish.

Vineyard
35-year-old vineyard with a planting pattern of 2m x 1m. Manual harvest in 10–12 kg boxes, followed by cold storage to prevent oxidation.

Elaboration
Bleeding (saignée) after skin maceration at low temperature for 24 hours, fermentation in stainless tanks. Aging on lees.
